Following a number of years working in sales,recruitment and customer service environments, Rob entered the world of property and estate agency when introduced to one of the world’s leading real estate organisations, Keller Williams. The training provided to him by KW provided him significant grounding in the industry. From Keller Williams, Rob then gained local experience in the field working alongside an independent estate agent business close to home.

As a supportive, family man, working on a freelance, consultancy basis meant Rob could gain additional experience carrying out high volumes of valuation appointments whilst fitting in nursery and school runs for his two young girls.

The combination of the training he received with KW, and the experience he gained, gave Rob the initiative to connect and build additional relationships in the property sector, enabling him to expand his expertise further. From conveyancing firms, auctions houses, mortgage and insurance brokers, and utility companies, Rob forged strong partnerships with each of them in order to provide complete service packages and selling options to his clients, whilst tailoring individual solutions for his vendors.

Now partnering with eXp UK, Rob is using the expertise he has gained to bring a well-developed and structured property sales service to his locality and beyond. The innovation eXp UK provides encouraged Rob’s plans to gain market shares in his area,under his own brand.
